What counts as a new job?

Can we stop Brain Care?
Yes, with 30 days’ notice. Your data, your accounts and your workflows are yours. If we part ways, you keep a full export and a working handover.
Can we have Brain Care without a Build?
Brain Care looks after a brain we know inside out, so it follows a Brain Build.
Who decides what the brain learns next?
You do, in the monthly review. We bring suggestions, each with its reason.
Is there a minimum term?
Brain Care and 1:1 Mentorship run month to month with 30 days’ notice.
What does it cost to run after a Build?
Hosting and AI usage are billed at cost, and we estimate them in your proposal.
Where does our data live?
In your own protected space, never shared with other clients. The AI we use is Anthropic’s Claude through its business API, which does not train on your data.
